- 1 To achieve and maintain a minimum 85% pass rate in all SCTE&VT examinations across all diploma programmes every academic year.
- 2 To ensure 100% qualified and experienced faculty for all core engineering subjects, with ongoing professional development programmes.
- 3 To achieve a minimum 80% placement rate for eligible graduating students through active industry partnerships and campus recruitment drives.
- 4 To conduct at least 4 industry interaction programmes per semester including guest lectures, industrial visits, and workshops for each department.
- 5 To collect and act upon student feedback at the end of every semester to continuously improve teaching quality and campus services.
- 6 To ensure all laboratory equipment and infrastructure is maintained and upgraded regularly to meet current industry and academic standards.
- 7 To promote skill development and certification programmes for students beyond the regular curriculum, in collaboration with NSDC and industry bodies.
- 8 To maintain full regulatory compliance with AICTE, SCTE&VT, and DTET norms and to undergo timely accreditation and inspection processes.
