International Polytechnic follows three aspects of educational management: Planning, Execution and Evaluation. Together with Organization, Direction and Coordination, these make up the complete cycle of education management.

The purpose of a systematic administration is to plan for the future, find effective solutions to problems, maintain quality control and avoid repetition and omission in management.

The ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the institution complies with the rules, laws and regulations of the relevant agencies rests with the head of the institution.

The organizational structure of the institution is designed with the following broad preview:

• Operation and development of the institution as a whole and of each of its parts.
• Maintaining and promoting a clear view of the objectives and mission of the institution.
• Planning, developing and administering all institutional activity.
• Developing and maintaining programmes of instruction and service suited to the needs of all admitted students.
• Recruiting and retaining a high-quality instructional and administrative staff.
• Preparing plans to finance the capital needs and annual budgets of the institution.

The Governing Body is the principal governing authority of the institution and has the following powers:

• To provide general direction and policy guidance for the functioning of the institution.
• To review decisions of other authorities of the institution that may not conform to its rules and regulations.
• To approve the annual budget and annual report of the institution.
• To lay down the policies to be followed by the institution.
• To appoint the statutory auditors of the institution.
• To make, amend or repeal rules and regulations as required.
• To render advice on matters referred to it by the Chairman.
• To approve proposals for submission to the Government.
• To take such decisions and steps as are desirable for carrying out the objectives of the institution.

Duration of Meeting:

The Governing Body shall meet at least twice a year, or at such other times and places as may be required.
