Visit SCTE&VT Odisha Official Portal

Open your browser and go to the official SCTE&VT Odisha website. Results are published only on this official portal — avoid unofficial or third-party websites.

Click on "Results" or "Student Portal"

On the SCTE&VT homepage, look for the "Results" or "Student Services" section in the menu. Click on the semester result link relevant to your examination.

Enter Your Registration Number & Date of Birth

Enter your SCTE&VT Registration Number (received at the time of enrollment) and your Date of Birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY. Click "Submit" or "Get Result".

View & Download Your Result / Marksheet

Your result with subject-wise marks and SGPA will be displayed on screen. Click "Download" or "Print" to save a copy of your provisional marksheet for records.

Collect Original Marksheet from Institution

The original printed marksheet from SCTE&VT is issued to the institution. Students must collect it from the Examination Cell of International Polytechnic after result publication.

Revaluation & Rechecking of Answer Sheets

Students who are not satisfied with their result can apply for revaluation (re-evaluation by a second examiner) or rechecking (verification of marks totalling) within 30 days of result declaration. The application is made through SCTE&VT Odisha portal with a prescribed fee. Our Examination Cell assists students in this process.

Where can I check my diploma semester result? ▲
All SCTE&VT diploma results are published on the official portal: sctevtodisha.nic.in. You will need your SCTE&VT Registration Number and Date of Birth to access your result. Avoid unofficial websites — only check results on the official SCTE&VT Odisha portal.
When are diploma results usually declared? ▲
SCTE&VT Odisha typically declares results 2–3 months after the examination. Odd Semester results (exams in Nov–Dec) are usually declared in February–March. Even Semester results (exams in May–June) are typically declared in August–September. Exact dates are notified on the SCTE&VT portal.
I don't know my registration number. What should I do? ▲
Your SCTE&VT Registration Number is found on your Hall Ticket / Admit Card, on your previous marksheets, or in your enrollment records. Contact the Examination Cell of International Polytechnic with your name and admission details, and they will provide your registration number.
How do I apply for revaluation if I am not satisfied with my result? ▲
You can apply for revaluation through the SCTE&VT Odisha portal within 30 days of result publication. Log in to the student portal, select the subject(s) for revaluation, and pay the prescribed fee online. Our Examination Cell can guide you through the process. Revised results are usually declared within 45–60 days.
When will I receive my original marksheet and diploma certificate? ▲
Original marksheets are distributed through the institution after receiving them from SCTE&VT, usually 1–2 months after result declaration. The Diploma Certificate is issued at the annual Convocation ceremony. Students who cannot attend the convocation can collect their certificate from the Exam Cell by producing required documents.
What documents do I need for B.Tech lateral entry after diploma? ▲
For B.Tech lateral entry (2nd year admission), you will need: Original Diploma Certificate / Provisional Marksheet, Mark sheets of all semesters, Migration Certificate from SCTE&VT, Transfer Certificate from the institution, Character Certificate, and other standard documents. Apply through the respective state's lateral entry admission process (e.g., OJEE for Odisha).
