CATEGORY ELIGIBILITY DETAILS FOR ADMISSION
A Admission to 1st Semester Diploma Course
  Pass in HSC Examination / 10th standard examination conducted / declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha and obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate, securing 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination with Math, Science & English
B Admission to 3rd Semester under later entry scheme
  The students must have passed +2 Science from CHSE, Odisha or its equivalent examination with PCM / +2 Vocational (2 Years course) in any Engineering trade / 2 years ITI in Engineering Trade with pass in HSC Examination or its equivalent as declared by BSE, Odisha and securing 30% marks in each subject.
C The minimum age of the applicant is 14 years for the branches available in this institution. No upper age limit
D The applicant should be physically fit to undergo study in technical education
 
RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • Adhere to the rules of the institution and discharge your responsibilities as a student with diligence, fidelity and honour.
  • Do not commit any act of indiscipline in the institution and hostel.
  • Refrain from possessing, consuming or distributing alcohol, harmful drugs, illegal narcotics ,Pan Parags, chewing gums or smoking cigarettes.
  • Do not possess firecrackers of any kind in the hostel and college campus.
  • Maintain tranquillity in the campus. Students should not destroy damage, deface or remove the college property or disturb or injure a person under the pretext of celebrating/inducting/pledging or for any other reason like rivalry etc.
  • Be polite and courteous to all.
  • Attend all classes including the first day and last day of the semester.
  • Shortage of attendance below 60% may prevent the student to fill-up the form for semester examination.
  • Be punctual and attend the classes regularly. Ragging is a social menace & is strictly prohibited inside the institution campus.
 
Anti-ragging committee is in force for prevention of ragging. Any student found involved in ragging will be punishable under various provisions envisaged in several sections of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The penalties in form of restriction, dismissal & expulsion from the institution are generally imposed upon such students.
